Verona Dallas

We were extremely apprehensive about moving from a single family home into an apartment complex, but moving to the Verona made it an easy and pleasant transition. The apartment is newly updated and the complex is kept immaculate. Security is good and there is no problem with noise in hallways or from apartment to apartment. Tenants are friendly and it seems as though you can have as much or as little sense of community as you would like. Most importantly, the service is great. Leasing agents Vince and Ashley, and the front desk concierge, Kevin and Jerry, have gone out of their way to accommodate and help us with all of our requests and questions. You are always greeted with a smile, and made to feel at home. Even our dog loves the Verona. No complaints at all. 
 

I am very happy here at the Verona. My apartment is beautiful with hardwood floors, granite countertops, attractive fixtures, and expansive rooms. my minor service requests are promptly and cheerfully addressed.The apartment itself is quiet. Our concierge attendants are wonderful, and the management is skillful. Verona is unique in that it really creates an atmosphere of community, and if one wishes, one can create strong friendships. I would recommend this property to any discerning potential tenant. 

After looking at 5 different properties all over Dallas I am happy I found The Villa Verona. This is a gem, and the leasing agent Vince was the most delightful person I had met at any apartment community. It was refreshing to know that there is a concierge, new upgrades, and great amenities along with a lot of security features. Only thing is that it was a little more than what I expected to pay and outside of the downtown area where I work. I wanted to put my review in here because I look forward to my new apartment and everyone there has allowed it to be such a smooth transition.

We moved here two months ago from a beautiful home. We love this place. The staff is the best and Judy the general manager is so professional. When we had a problem with a neighbor she handled it right away and made everyone feel better. The staff at the Verona makes the residents feel like they are at the top of the list. Everything is so clean and well kept. They treat our puppy son every time they see him. He loves it here too. You can't go wrong living here. This is the first apartment I've ever lived in and I feel it will be my last home. Thank you Verona staff!

Outstanding high rise living,professional staff, excellent amenities. After 30+ years in 2 houses nearby...we may never leave Verona..i'm just saying....:)
